-2 cans full-fat coconut milk
-1 or 2 tablespoons monk fruit maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener) we like @lakanto
-1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
-1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (@oldethompson is a good one)
-1 teaspoon maca powder (love @navitasorganics)

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or whisk until smooth.
2. Pour popsicle mix into popsicle trays
3. Freeze overnight or for 6 hours.
4. Decorate with @moodygirlchocolate and toppings such as chia seeds, bee pollen (not vegan), or granola. 
5. Bonus: top-off with some granola from @fitchickgranola (also a local woman owned biz!)
