Adrenal Fatigue: Symptoms & Remedies

According to Dr. James Willson , Adrenal Fatigue is a group of related signs and symptoms  that results when the adrenal glands function below the necessary level.


 Adrenal glands can be triggered by chronic stress situations that make our body operate in fight or flight mode.  If you have experienced a death, a bad break- up, an abusive relationship or anything that causes chronic stress for long periods of time this can cause your adrenal glands to become depleted and as a result your body experiences exhaustion. Some chronic stress triggers include:  Experiencing death of a loved one, Poverty, Miserable job , unhappy marriage/relationship, dysfunctional family, Living in danger, childhood trauma.
